新课程改革之后的体育教学,以研究学生的情感需要、体育需要、人格需要为出发点,让学生以浓厚的兴趣、顽强的意志、适宜的方法来调节自己的体育学习和锻炼行为,健康体育与快乐体育成为人们所关注的新兴话题。基于此,本文通过文献资料法,从现实教学实践出发,对新时期体育教学的健康体育教育、快乐体育教育、终身体育教育进行相应的思考,以期为体育教学提供一定的参考与借鉴。
