灾害监测系统风监测子系统对高速铁路沿线大风进行实时监测,有效防止或减少灾害对高速铁路列车运行安全的影响。沪宁城际铁路个别地段经常发生因大风而晃车的情况,鉴于风速超限直接危及行车安全,经评估需新增6处风监测点。灾害监测系统一般在新建高速铁路时同步建成投入使用,在既有高速铁路新增风监测设备属首次,通过本次工程实践,总结一些施工方法。
Disaster Monitoring System The wind monitoring subsystem monitors wind gusts along the high-speed railway in real time to effectively prevent or reduce the impact of disasters on the operation safety of high-speed railway. In some areas of the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway, frequent bouts of wind and wind often occur. In view of the fact that the wind speed limit directly endangers traffic safety, an additional 6 wind monitoring points have to be added after the assessment. Disaster monitoring systems are generally put into operation simultaneously with the construction of new high-speed railways. For the first time, new wind monitoring equipment for existing high-speed railways is the first time to summarize some construction methods through this project practice.
