一、计算公式一定压力的压缩空气通过气动元件或管路所产生的阻力,用在相同条件下流过相同流量的等效的计算上的面积来表示大小,这个面积称为气动有效面积,即S值(JISB0120-1979)。因此,S值表示气动元件的流量特性又称静特性。与国际上通用的公制流量系数K_v及C_v(英制),或者用额定流量下的压降△p一样,是用来衡量气动元件性能指标的方法。但S值具有设计计算灵活方便,既可用于单个气动元件,又可算出整个回路的静特性;测试方法简单,测试设备便宜;测试时用一种压缩空气介质,不必用水,所以国内外常被采用。
