四通的产权变革在历经十年艰辛探索后,终于有了一个让各方都接受的妥协方案。《中国企业家》1999年第八期的文章《四通产权:孵蛋十年终破壳》所表现的悲凉与悲壮让人感慨万千。这种所谓中国特色的MBO一方面证明了中国文化对外来事物的强大的同化能力(这常让某些人很得意又让另外一些人很痛恨),另一方面再一次提醒人们在推进市场化进程中我们为此付出的昂贵的制度转换成本。权力开始淡出市场时往往给企业留下严重的后遗症,四通是个典型后遗症患者,但比起制度转换中阵亡的—批批企业烈士,四通又是个幸存者和幸运者。
