随着机械工业的发展,越来越广泛地采用分度圆压力角α≠20°的直齿锥齿轮,给齿轮加工带来新的课题。本文从Y236型刨齿机加工原理入手,分析了直齿锥齿轮的加工过程,提出了采用通用的齿形角α_0=20°刀具加工分度圆压力角α≠20°直齿锥齿轮的方法,导出了加工调整时修正公式并举例说明这种直齿锥齿轮的计算、加工和测量过程。 1.加工设想的依据在通常的直齿锥齿轮加工中,总是用标准的和加工出的直齿锥齿轮在啮合仪上进行着色检验,来检测加工出齿轮的压力角误差。在着色检验的过程中,常常会遭到齿顶重或齿根重的情况,这种现象说明被检齿轮的压力角相对标准齿轮的压力角偏大或偏小,消除此现象所采用的方法之一是调整机床的滚比。通过上述分析可知,采用滚比修正公式来调整机床滚

In this paper, the processing principle of Y236 gear shaper is introduced. The machining process of straight bevel gear is analyzed.
