Since 1996, the asset restructuring of textile enterprises in Hebei Province has developed rapidly. The 19 textile enterprise groups have emerged in different forms of construction. It has total assets of RMB 13.99 billion and fixed assets of RMB 7.69 billion, accounting for 67% of the province’s textile system. These enterprise groups can play an important role in the structural adjustment and economic efficiency of the entire industry. The enterprise group was formed, how to develop rapidly, and how to form economies of scale and scale of benefits.
