目的观察Mg2+、Fe3+对日本血吸虫毛蚴的趋向作用及其在“模拟钉螺”中的应用。方法采用改良Ro-berts比较法。结果加入1.00mol/L的Mg2+溶液时,实验组和对照组中日本血吸虫毛蚴的数目比为93和21(P<0.01);Fe3+浓度为0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50和1.00mol/L时,实验组和对照组中日本血吸虫毛蚴的数目比分别是8l和29(P<0.01)、24和5(P<0.01)、225和39(P<0.01)、41和7(P<0.01)、52和17(P<0.01)。一定配比的明胶混合物释放出的Fe3+吸引日本血吸虫毛蚴的能力强于钉螺处理过的水。结论适宜浓度的Mg2+和Fe3+能显著影响日本血吸虫毛蚴的趋向运动,“模拟钉螺”吸引日本血吸虫毛蚴的能力强于钉螺处理过的水。
Objective To observe the tendency of Mg2 +, Fe3 + on Schistosoma japonicum miracidia and its application in “Simulated snails”. Methods using improved Ro-berts comparison. Results The number ratio of S. japonicum mirabilis was 93 and 21 (P <0.01) when 1.00mol / L Mg2 + solution was added. When Fe3 + concentrations were 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50 and 1.00mol / L, The numbers of Schistosoma japonicum mirabilis in experimental group and control group were 81 and 29 (P <0.01), 24 and 5 (P <0.01), 225 and 39 (P <0.01), 41 and 7 52 and 17 (P <0.01). A certain proportion of gelatin mixture released Fe3 + to attract Schistosoma japonicum miracidia ability better than snail-treated water. Conclusion Appropriate concentrations of Mg2 + and Fe3 + can significantly affect the trend of movement of Schistosoma japonicum miracidia. The simulated snails’ ability to attract Schistosoma japonicum miracidia is stronger than that of snails.
