哈尔科夫组合机床专业设计局设计的组合机床,基本上是在电气机械平板凸轮动力头的基础上组成的。这些动力头除了人所共知的优点外,尚有两个缺点:空行程(刀具快速向前和快速退回)的时间消耗及刀具行程短(与丝杠或液压动力头比较)。这些缺点导致组合机床的生产率降低,并缩小了工艺范围。现有结构的动力头,其空行程时占凸轮回转一周时间的三分之一,即t_r=1.5tp,其中t_r为动力头工作循环时间,tp为工作进给时间。
The combined machine tool designed by Kharkiv Machine Tool Design Bureau is basically based on the electro-mechanical flat cam power head. In addition to the well-known advantages of these powerheads, there are two disadvantages: the emptying time (fast tool advance and rapid retract) and the short tool travel (compared to lead screw or hydraulic powerhead). These shortcomings result in lower productivity of the combined machine tool and a reduction in the process area. The power head of the existing structure accounts for one-third of a revolution of the cam during the idle stroke, that is, t_r = 1.5 tp, where t_r is the working head working cycle time and tp is the working feed time.
