DTPA于本世纪五十年代后期应用于放射性核素的促排,至今已有20多年的历史。临床上所用的DTPA,一般为其三钠钙盐(以下作Ca-DTPA),毒付作用较大。为了克服这一缺点,于六十年代以后,人们对DTPA的三钠锌盐(以下作Zn-DTPA)越来越重视,以至成为当前促排研究的重要动向之一。迄今得到的动物实验结果是令人鼓舞的,而且国内外均已开始试用于人体。可以说,Zn-DTPA过渡到临床应用的阶段已经到来。
DTPA in the late fifties of this century applied to the promotion of radionuclides, has been more than 20 years of history. DTPA clinically used, usually for its trisodium salt (hereinafter referred to as Ca-DTPA), drug poisoning effect. In order to overcome this shortcoming, more attention has been paid to DTPA’s trisodium zinc salt (hereinafter referred to as Zn-DTPA) as one of the important trends in promoting emission reduction research after the 1960s. The animal experiment results so far obtained are encouraging and have been pilot-tested in the human body both at home and abroad. It can be said, Zn-DTPA transition to the clinical stage has come.
