[目的]建立测定水中微量锰的催化动力学光度法。[方法]选择Mn2+测定的温度、时间、缓冲液量和高碘酸钾量为影响因素,分别设置不同水平。利用正交设计模型选择最佳组合的实验条件。[结果]检测的最佳组合条件为:加缓冲液3.0 ml,高碘酸钾溶液1.5 ml,实验温度40℃时反应15 min。线性相关系数为0.998。方法精密度的变异系数为11.3%,回收率为98.2%~103.5%。[结论]建立测定水中微量锰的方法、线性、精密度和回收率令人满意。方法可行。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace manganese in water. [Method] The temperature, time, amount of buffer and amount of potassium periodate determined by Mn2 + were selected as the influencing factors, and different levels were set respectively. Using Orthogonal Design Model to Choose the Best Combination of Experimental Conditions. [Result] The optimal combination conditions were as follows: adding 3.0 ml of buffer solution and 1.5 ml of potassium periodate solution and reacting at 40 ℃ for 15 min. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.998. The coefficient of variation of the method precision was 11.3%, the recovery rate was 98.2% ~ 103.5%. [Conclusion] The method for determination of trace manganese in water was satisfactory. The linearity, precision and recovery were satisfactory. Method is feasible.
