目的研究子宫主韧带精细显微组织结构,为全面了解主韧带功能提供组织学依据。方法收集2008年4月至10月南方医科大学南方医院等三家医院Ⅲ型子宫切除术后新鲜离体主韧带标本22条,采用HE、免疫组织化学及多种特殊染色方法对主韧带组织进行定性研究。结果(1)主韧带中含大量纤维结缔组织,包括胶原纤维、弹力纤维和肌纤维,以胶原纤维为主。(2)含大量脂肪组织。(3)富含神经组织,为自主神经,包括交感神经纤维和副交感神经纤维以及交感神经节和副交感神经节,主要分布在主韧带的下半部。(4)富含中、小、微动静脉血管,主要分布在主韧带的上半部。(5)淋巴管呈均匀分布,偶见淋巴组织和淋巴结。结论主韧带组织结构复杂,其精细显微组织结构特征决定了它是一些疾病以及一些手术并发症发生发展的基础。
Objective To study the fine microstructure of the uterine ligament and provide a histological basis for the comprehensive understanding of the function of the main ligament. Methods Totally 22 freshly isolated primary ligament specimens from type Ⅲ hysterectomy were collected from Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from April to October 2008. The main ligaments were characterized by HE, immunohistochemistry and various special staining methods the study. Results (1) The main ligament contains a large number of fibrous connective tissue, including collagen fibers, elastic fibers and muscle fibers, mainly collagen fibers. (2) contains a lot of fat tissue. (3) is rich in nerve tissue, which is autonomic nerve, including sympathetic nerve fibers and parasympathetic nerve fibers, sympathetic ganglia and parasympathetic ganglia, which are mainly distributed in the lower half of the main ligament. (4) rich in small, micro-venous blood vessels, mainly in the upper part of the main ligament. (5) lymphatic vessels were evenly distributed, occasionally lymphoid tissue and lymph nodes. Conclusion The structure of the main ligament is complex, and its fine microstructure and structural characteristics determine that it is the basis for the development of some diseases and some surgical complications.
