目的探讨C-myc及上皮膜蛋白1(EMP1)在脑胶质瘤中的表达并分析两者表达的相关性。方法选取脑胶质细胞瘤65例为观察组,术前未做其他治疗,并以尸检标本正常脑组织15例为对照组。应用免疫组织化学方法检测C-myc和EMP1蛋白在两组中的表达,分析两者与不同组织学级别脑胶质瘤的相关性及两者之间的关联性。结果 C-myc和EMP1在胶质瘤中的阳性表达率明显高于正常脑组织(P<0.05);C-myc和EMP1蛋白表达与肿瘤病理组织学分级相关,且随胶质瘤恶性程度的上升而增高(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示胶质瘤组织中C-myc与EMP1蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.957,P=0.043)。结论 C-myc与EMP1在人脑胶质瘤中显著高表达,两者表达呈明显正相关,并且与胶质瘤的恶性程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of C-myc and epithelial membrane protein 1 (EMP1) in glioma and to analyze their correlation. Methods 65 cases of brain astrocytoma were selected as observation group. No other treatment was done before operation. Fifteen normal brain tissues of autopsy specimens were used as control group. The expression of C-myc and EMP1 protein in both groups was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between them and different histological grade gliomas was analyzed. Results The positive rates of C-myc and EMP1 in gliomas were significantly higher than those in normal brain tissues (P <0.05). The expressions of C-myc and EMP1 were correlated with histopathological grade, and with the malignant degree of glioma (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between C-myc and EMP1 protein expression in glioma tissues (r = 0.957, P = 0.043). Conclusions C-myc and EMP1 are highly expressed in human gliomas. The expression of C-myc and EMP1 is positively correlated with the expression of EMP1, which is closely related to the malignant degree of glioma.
