通过支气管肺泡灌洗(bronchoalveolarlavage,BAL)从13例慢性支气管炎缓解期病人和11例正常人获得的肺泡巨噬细胞(alveolarmacrophages,AM)加入地塞米松4mg/L及脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)1mg/L体外培养24小时。结果显示两组AM合成分泌的TNFα、TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α呈下降趋势,两组间AM合成分泌的这些活性分子均呈显著差异性(P<0.05)。表明地塞米松抑制AM的活化,可能慢支病人呼吸道内AM功能相对亢进。
Dexamethasone 4 mg / L and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were added to alveolar macrophages (AM) obtained from 13 patients with chronic bronchitis and 11 normal subjects by bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) 1mg / L cultured in vitro 24 hours. The results showed that the levels of TNFα, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α secreted by AM in both groups showed a decreasing trend. There was significant difference between the two groups in the activity of AM synthesis and secretion (P <0.05). Dexamethasone inhibition of AM activation may be relatively slow in patients with respiratory tract AM function of hyperthyroidism.
