摘要目的本研究在2个研究机构中使用2套不同的扫描方案对多发性骨髓瘤伴骨转移的病人进行低剂量CT扫描,旨在评价低剂量扫描技术在不同观察者之间的准确性和重复性。方法 100例多发性骨髓瘤病人接受了全身低剂量CT扫描。病人根据不同的扫描方案被随机分为2组,每组50例。扫描参数为:第1组,80 k V,200~230 m As;第2组:120 k V,40 m As。4位研究者(包括2位专科专家)回顾性分析了每例病人的22个解剖区域,并对以下6个方面进行记录,包括:1溶骨性病变;2骨皮质完整性;3骨折;4椎体压缩性骨折;5骨低密度病灶;6骨外生长。进而对不同观察者
Abstract Objectives This study performed low-dose CT scans of two patients with multiple myeloma with bone metastases using two different scans in two facilities to evaluate the accuracy of the low-dose scanning technique between different observers and Repeatability. Methods 100 patients with multiple myeloma underwent systemic low-dose CT scan. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to different scanning protocols, 50 cases in each group. The scanning parameters were: group 1, 80 kV, 200-230 mAs; group 2: 120 kV, 40 mAs. Four investigators (including two specialists) retrospectively analyzed 22 anatomical regions for each patient and recorded the following six aspects including: 1 osteolytic lesions; 2 cortical integrity; 3 fractures; 4 vertebral compression fractures; 5 low-density bone lesions; 6 bone growth.
