提起邮政专业,人们往往认为是收收发发,肩挑背驮,属人员密集型的简单劳动,因此,在人员调配时常把文化低、素质差,甚至犯过错误有各种小毛病的人往邮政专业塞,造成邮政专业先天不良。鉴于此,在实际工作中,笔者认为县局人事管理和思想政治工作的重点应放在邮政专业,以逐步矫正上述错误做法。笔者统计了我局从1980年至今八年间,全局犯错误人员构成情况。八年来,我局共发生小至通报批评,大至被司法机关判三年徒刑共54人次,其中,邮政专业33人次,占总人次数的61.11%,电信专业共发生11人次,占20.38%;就发生地点来看,支局共46人次,占85.2%,县局8人次,占14.8%。可见邮政专业最易发生问题,应重点预防。

Among them, 33 were postal professionals, accounting for 61.11% of the total number of people, 11 were telecommunications professionals, accounting for 20.38% In terms of locations, there were 46 sub-branches, accounting for 85.2% of the total, and 8 for the county bureau, accounting for 14.8%. Visible postal problems most likely to occur, should focus on prevention.
