定向钻穿越技术作为管道无沟铺设的一种方法早在70年代就已在北美洲开始应用了，80年代后期迅速发展。其发展的原因主要在于：①人们对环境及其潜在责任义务的认识不断提高；②人们对工程项目本身的成本费用节省及其特性的考虑。现行的定向钻穿越技术只能就环境和土工敏感区域给管道铺设，包括不稳定坡地，向业主和承包商提供某种有效的安装施工可选方案。本文基于上述的观点，就北美的Berco和NOVA两家公司在采用定向钻穿越技术安装施工的实践经验阐述了无沟铺设管道的一般条件和责任管理，旨在促进我国管道工业安装施工技术的发展及其管理。
As a method of trenchless laying of pipelines, directional drilling technology has been applied in North America since the 1970s and developed rapidly in the late 1980s. The main reasons for its development are: ① people’s awareness of the environment and its potential liability is constantly improving; ② people consider the cost savings and characteristics of the project itself. The current DRR technology can only provide pipelines with environmentally and geo-sensitive areas, including unstable slopes, to provide owners and contractors with an effective alternative to installation and construction. Based on the above viewpoints, this paper describes the general conditions and responsibility management of trench-free laying pipelines based on the practical experience of North American Berco and NOVA in installing and constructing using directional drilling through technology to promote the development of the pipeline construction and installation technology in China And its management.
