目的 探讨胃癌CD_(44)V_6的表达与胃癌发生发展的关系,评价CD_(44)V_6在胃癌诊断、浸润转移以及预后的判断中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化方法(S-P法)检测10例正常胃粘膜上皮、101例异常增生的癌旁组织和胃癌原发灶中的表达情况,对胃癌标本进行系统的病理学检查。结果 CD_(44)V_6在正常胃粘膜呈阴性表达,在异常增生癌旁组织中呈弱阳性表达,胃癌组织阳性表达率为74％(75/101);胃癌CD_(44)V_6表达强度与胃癌浸润型生长、淋巴结转移、浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05),胃癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期表达强度低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期(P<0.05),而与其他临床病理因素无关。结论 CD_(44)V_6表达与胃癌发生发展密切相关,对胃癌组织进行CD_(44)V_6蛋白检测,有助于胃癌的早期诊断和预测胃癌进展程度,以及评估胃癌患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD_(44)V_6 in gastric cancer and the development of gastric cancer, and evaluate the role of CD_(44)V_6 in the diagnosis, invasion metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method (S-P method) was used to detect the expression of 10 cases of normal gastric mucosal epithelium, 101 cases of abnormal proliferation of paracancerous tissues and primary gastric cancer. The pathological examination of gastric cancer specimens was performed. Results The expression of CD_(44)V_6 was negative in normal gastric mucosa, but weakly positive in the tissues adjacent to abnormally proliferating carcinoma. The positive expression rate of gastric cancer tissue was 74% (75/101); the expression intensity of CD_(44)V_6 in gastric carcinoma and gastric cancer The invasive growth, lymph node metastasis, and infiltration depth were closely related (P<0.05). The expression intensity of gastric cancer in stage I and II was lower than that in stage III and IV (P<0.05), but not related to other clinicopathological factors. Conclusion The expression of CD_(44)V_6 is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The detection of CD_(44)V_6 protein in gastric cancer tissue is helpful for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer, the prediction of the progression of gastric cancer, and the evaluation of the prognosis of gastric cancer.
