航天部某特种铝合金壳体零件(见图1),要求表面光洁(6以上)、尺寸公差小(按QJ169——751级)、形状复杂、壁薄(最小壁厚为1mm)、冶金质量严、铸件上不允许有冷隔、裂纹、欠铸、通孔和穿透针孔等缺陷。为此铸件100%进行X光探伤,铸件针孔度不超过标准2级。 由于上述特点该零件不能采用压铸、金属型,而选用熔模铸造方法。
