连拱隧道避免了洞口路基或大桥的分幅,与洞外线路连接顺畅,同时在适应地形条件、环境保护以及工程数量上都具有优越性。研究和发展连拱隧道新的施工技术具有非常重要的意义和价值。本文就衡昆国道主干线(GZ75)富宁~广南高速公路1合同段上3座双连拱隧道大胆地采用了单洞法施工工艺,实践证明该工艺较常规的三导洞法和中导洞法施工在工艺、造价、工期以及安全质量上都有着明显的优点。单洞法施工技术的成功探索,给双连拱隧道的设计与施工开辟了一个新的思路。
Multi-arch tunnel to avoid the subgrade or bridge openings, with the tunnel outside the smooth connection, at the same time adapt to the topography conditions, environmental protection and the number of projects have advantages. It is of great significance and value to research and develop the new construction technology of double-arch tunnel. In this paper, Hengqin State Road trunk (GZ75) ~ Guangnan Expressway 1 Contract Section 3 double-arch tunnel boldly adopted the single-hole construction process, the practice proved that the more conventional three-hole method and the Guide hole construction in the process, cost, duration and safety and quality have obvious advantages. The successful exploration of single-hole construction technology has opened up a new idea for the design and construction of double-arch tunnel.
