介绍了透射电子显微镜、小角散射技术与正电子湮没技术应用于反应堆压力容器钢辐照损伤过程中微观组织结构的演变规律的情况,并讨论了目前所取得的研究成果与存在的不足,最后指出了对国产反应堆压力容器钢尽快开展辐照损伤微观组织演变研究工作的必要性与重要性。
The evolution of the microstructure in the process of radiation damage of reactor pressure vessel was introduced by using transmission electron microscopy, small angle scattering and positron annihilation techniques. The achievements and shortcomings of the present research were discussed. Finally, The necessity and importance of the research on the evolution of microstructure of irradiated damaged damaged domestically as early as possible were put forward.
