实践证明,用AM uKA再生黄铜生产的同步环铸件比用黄铜生产的塑性低,延伸率仅为2%~3%。在试验中找到了原因,即这种再生黄铜锭中含铜量仅接近技术条件(Ty48-26-64-86)的最低限。铜和锌含量比例即使有很小波动,都会使黄铜的塑性有明显的变化。理论和试验结果证实,合金中铜含量提高时,再生黄铜的塑性也增高。在铜含量为57%~58%、58.1%~58.8%和59.2%~60%时,延伸率依次为0.8%~4.2%、2.8%~5.0%和5.0%~6.2%。上涅瓦河再生有色金属厂研制出了熔炼和精炼(?)黄铜的工艺,包括在复合熔剂层下熔化黄铜和在分配浇包中进行炉外处
Practice has proved that, with AM uKA recycled brass ring production of brass than the production of low plasticity, elongation of only 2% to 3%. The reason was found in the experiment that the copper content in this reclaimed brass ingot was only at the lowest limit of the technical conditions (Ty48-26-64-86). Copper and zinc content, even if there is a small fluctuation, will have a significant change in the plasticity of brass. Theoretical and experimental results confirm that when the copper content in the alloy increases, the plasticity of the recycled brass also increases. When the copper content is 57% -58%, 58.1% -58.8% and 59.2% -60%, the elongation is 0.8% -4.2%, 2.8% -5.0% and 5.0% -6.2%, respectively.
