对３０例偏头痛病人在发作间歇期进行双手甲襞微循环观察和食指固有动脉血流速度测定。发现所有病人均存在甲床微血管形态异常，其中１６例伴有流速的改变。超声结果显示偏头痛组小动脉流速明显偏低（Ｐ＜０．００１）。偏头痛病人在发作间歇期存在较为明显的上肢末梢循环异常，推想这种异常与交感神经功能异常有关。
Thirty cases of migraine patients were observed during the intermittent episodes of metacarpal loops and the natural arterial blood flow velocity of the index finger was measured. All patients were found to have microvascular morphological abnormalities in the nail bed, of which 16 were accompanied by changes in flow velocity. The results of ultrasound showed that the velocity of arterioles in migraine group was significantly lower (P <0.001). Migraine patients in the intermittent episodes of the more obvious upper extremity peripheral circulation abnormalities, suggesting that this abnormalities and sympathetic dysfunction.
