近年来,我国中小企业发展迅猛,为发展经济和促进就业发挥了重要作用。但与发达国家的企业相比,我国中小企业整体上呈现出高死亡、短寿命的态势。这与中小企业规模小、实力薄等先天劣势有关,也与企业管理模式滞后有很大的关系。因此,本文从生命周期理论出发,对中小企业不同成长阶段的管理模式进行了探讨,以期对相关人员有所借鉴意义。
In recent years, the rapid development of SMEs in our country has played an important role in economic development and employment promotion. However, compared with enterprises in developed countries, SMEs in our country as a whole show a high death and a short life expectancy. This small and medium-sized enterprises with small size, strength and other inherent disadvantages, but also with the lag of business management has a great relationship. Therefore, starting from the theory of life cycle, this paper discusses the management mode of SMEs in different stages of development, in the hope of referring to relevant personnel.
