血管性半侧舞蹈病是一种少见疾病,现将我们所见4例报道如下。例1、李××,男,69岁,工人,1985年3月1日入院。入院前三天,左侧肢体不自主运动,左上肢不自主外转,左手不自主内旋。左下肢不自主的屈伸,足尖点地。病前左侧肢体麻木一周,曾在某市医院做脑电图正常。既往史:糖尿病14年,现未愈。检查;血压120/80mmHg,左手不自主的内旋,左下肢不自主的屈伸,左侧肢体肌张力稍低,眼底呈动脉硬化改变,余内科物理检查及神经系统检查未见异常改变。耳血、尿、便常规正常,肝功 GPT、HBsAg、钾、钠,氯、钙及二氧化碳结合力检查均正常。胆固醇360mg%,甘油三酯 Vascular half-chorea is a rare disease, now we see 4 cases are reported below.
