采用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用技术对连续18批酒样风味物质进行测定,采用指纹图谱计算软件进行计算,建立了衡水老白干的共有指纹图谱,并对图谱进行了10个批次的验证实验。结果表明,HSSPME-GC-MS法所建立的GC-MS指纹图谱不仅具有针对多成分同时定性的优势,而且有较好的重现性、精密度和稳定性,能够有效地应用于白酒的质量控制,可以满足实际生产的需要。
A total of 18 batches of flavor samples were determined by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the fingerprints were calculated using fingerprinting software. The common fingerprints of Hengbai Laobaigan were established and 10 Batch verification experiment. The results showed that GC-MS fingerprinting established by HSSPME-GC-MS not only possessed the advantages of simultaneous qualitative identification but also good reproducibility, precision and stability, which could be effectively applied to the quality of liquor Control, to meet the needs of actual production.
