用毛细管等速电泳法对杂交水稻两套种子(汕优二号F_1及其亲本和威优六号F_1及其亲本),在前导电解液为0.01m盐酸组氨酸盐、组氨酸(pH6.21),尾随电解液为0.01研正己酸(pH3.48)的条件下进行实验,大多数出现三个组分,唯珍汕97B有四个组分。另外在三个组分的相对含量上均有差别,用已知物对照,证明其中有两个组分分别为植酸和磷酸。
The two sets of seeds of hybrid rice (F_1 Shanyou 2 and its parent and F_1 and its parent Weiwei 6) were separated by capillary isokinetic electrophoresis in the presence of 0.01m histidine hydrochloride, histidine (pH6 .21), trailing electrolyte was 0.01 n-octanoic acid (pH3.48) under the conditions of the experiment, most of the three components appear, the only Zhen Shan 97B has four components. In addition the relative content of the three components are different, with the known control, to prove that there are two components were phytic acid and phosphoric acid.
