通过双机间的心跳通信,为基于DeviceNet现场总线的嵌入式控制器构建一个双机热备系统.文中详细阐述了控制器的双机热备策略,并对双机热备中的身份识别、备用机切入、双机扫描周期的同步、故障机切出和双机间通信做了详细介绍,最后对热备份软件进行了任务划分,给出了各任务的协同关系.实验测试中,双机运行稳定,能够发现故障快速实现双机切换,故障机恢复后能够重新切入组成双机系统.
