中国种子协会于7月5日至10日在陕西咸阳市召开了1983年学术讨论会。中国种子协会理事及各省、市、自治区种子管理部门、农垦部门、科研单位、农业院校、国营原(良)种场的领导、专家、教授、科技人员,共180多人参加会议。新华社陕西分社、陕西人民广播电台、陕西科技报、陕西农业和《种子》、《种子世界》杂志记者也应邀到会。大会开幕式十分隆重。陕西省和咸阳地区、咸阳市的党政领导同志到会祝贺。大会由中国种子协会副理事长陈鸿佑同志主持,常务理事胡钦岭同志致了开幕词。中国农学会副秘书长庞尔东同志传达了刚刚闭幕的中国农学会第三次
China Seeds Association held 1983 Symposium in Xianyang, Shaanxi from July 5 to July 10. More than 180 leaders, experts, professors and scientific and technical personnel from China Seed Association, seed management departments of various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, land reclamation departments, scientific research institutes, agricultural institutions, and state-owned former (good) seed farms attended the meeting. Xinhua News Agency Shaanxi Branch, Shaanxi People’s Broadcasting Station, Shaanxi Science and Technology Newspaper, Shaanxi Agriculture and “Seed”, “Seed World” magazine journalists also invited to the meeting.
