在干燥的大气中,镁表面可以形成氧化物膜,对机体有一定的保护作用,但该氧化膜疏松多孔、耐蚀性差,呈现很高的化学和电化学活性,在潮湿的环境中易发生严重腐蚀,腐蚀以析氢为主,以点蚀和全面腐蚀的形式迅速溶解。对AZ91D镁合金产品起泡、白霜、雪花状物质等缺陷产生原因及相关连性,设计多种实验方案进行研究。实验结果较好的解释了AZ91D镁合金起泡、白霜、雪花状物质的产生方式、产生原因,同时介绍了简单的防腐措施。 In the dry atmosphere, magnesium oxide film can form the surface, the body has a protective effect, but the porous oxide film loose, poor corrosion resistance, showing high chemical and electrochemical activity, easy to occur in humid environments Severe corrosion, corrosion-based hydrogen evolution, pitting and corrosion in the form of rapid dissolution. The experimental results better explain the production of blistering, hoar frost and snowflake-like materials of AZ91D magnesium alloy, and the reasons for their formation. At the same time, simple anti-corrosion measures are introduced.
