采用静态浇铸成型和热固化的方法制得了基于红绿蓝三色紫外荧光粉的荧光树脂,并表征了其发光性质随荧光粉配比的变化。其中,选用的紫外荧光粉分别为线状发射红色荧光粉Y_(0.65)Bi_(0.3)VO_4:Eu_(0.05)~(3+)、宽带黄绿色荧光粉Ca_5Mg_4(VO_4)_6、商用窄带绿色荧光粉BaMgAl_(10)O_(17):Eu~(2+),Mn~(2+)和商用窄带蓝色荧光粉Sr_5(PO_4)_3Cl:Eu~(2+)。结果表明:通过改变环氧树脂中红绿蓝荧光粉的配比,能够获得在近紫外光激发下发出白光的荧光树脂,验证了不同荧光粉的添加比与荧光树脂发光光谱的关系;相比窄带发射的绿色荧光粉,基于宽带黄绿色荧光粉的白光荧光树脂表现出更高的显色指数。
Fluorescent resin based on the red, green and blue tristimulus UV phosphors was prepared by static casting and thermosetting method. The luminescent properties of the phosphorescent phosphors were characterized with the phosphors. Among them, the selected ultraviolet phosphors are linear phosphorescent phosphor Y_ (0.65) Bi_ (0.3) VO_4: Eu_ (0.05) ~ (3+), broad band yellow-green phosphor Ca_5Mg_4 (VO_4) _6, commercial narrow band green fluorescence BaMgAl_ (10) O_ (17): Eu ~ (2 +), Mn ~ (2+) and commercial narrow band blue phosphor Sr_5 (PO_4) _3Cl: Eu ~ (2+). The results show that by changing the ratio of red, green and blue phosphors in the epoxy resin, the fluorescent resin which emits white light under the excitation of near ultraviolet light can be obtained, and the relationship between the addition ratio of different phosphors and the luminescence spectrum of the fluorescent resin is verified. Narrow-band emission of green phosphors, white-light phosphorescent phosphors based on broad-band yellow-green phosphors show a higher color rendering index.
