随着工程机械的发展,特别是大吨位装载机的研制,驾驶员工作时要频繁地换向操纵,操纵力的大小对司机的劳动强度影响很大,因此,液压先导操纵已被广泛采用。同时对提供工作和先导系统压力油源的齿轮泵也提出了更高的要求。一方面,工作泵向高压大排量方向发展;另一方面,先导泵趋向低压小排量。为简化主机结构,满足液压系统的性能要求,同时减轻司机的劳动强度,我厂研制了装溢流阀的CBZb3~*/Gb1~*型双联齿轮泵。
With the development of construction machinery, especially the development of large tonnage loaders, the driver commutates frequently when working. The size of the operating force has a great influence on the labor intensity of the driver. Therefore, hydraulic pilot control has been widely adopted. At the same time to provide work and pilot system pressure oil gear pump also put forward higher requirements. On the one hand, the working pump to high-pressure large displacement direction; the other hand, the pilot pump tends to low-pressure small displacement. In order to simplify the structure of main engine, meet the performance requirements of hydraulic system and reduce the labor intensity of drivers, our factory developed CBZb3 ~ * / Gb1 ~ * double gear pump with relief valve.
