目的:探究地塞米松对蛋清致大鼠踝关节肿胀的抑制作用。方法:将24只大鼠按体重大小随机分为甲、乙两组,用记号笔分别在大鼠左踝关节做环形标记,随之测量足容积,记录原初足容积。甲组腹腔注射5mg/ml地塞米松注射溶液0.5ml/kg,乙组腹腔注射等容量生理盐水。30min后,两组大鼠分别于左踝部位注射新鲜鸡蛋清0.1ml/只。测定致炎后15,30,45,60min时的各鼠踝关节容积,以左足致炎前后容积差作为踝关节肿胀程度,计算踝关节肿胀率。结果:给药前足容积为1.65±0.2ml,给药后,甲组足容积分别为1.66ml,1.70ml,1.72ml,1.74,肿胀率分别为0.61%,3.0%,4.24%,5.45%。乙组足容积分别为1.69ml,1.75ml,1.78ml,1.81ml,肿胀率分别为2.42%,6.06%,7.88%,9.70%。两组之间可进行对比,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松对鸡蛋清致大鼠踝关节肿胀有良好的抑制作用,可进一步拓展到临床用于消炎止痛。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of dexamethasone on egg white induced ankle swelling in rats. Methods: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into two groups according to their body weight. The left ankle joint of each rat was marked with a marker. The foot volume was measured and the volume of the original foot was recorded. Group A intraperitoneal injection of 5mg / ml dexamethasone injection solution 0.5ml / kg, group B intraperitoneal injection of normal saline. After 30min, the two groups of rats were injected with fresh egg white 0.1ml / only on the left ankle. The ankle joint volume of each mouse at 15, 30, 45 and 60 min after inflammation was measured. The volume difference between anterior and posterior left anterior inflammatory was taken as the degree of ankle swelling, and the ankle swelling rate was calculated. Results: The volume of forefoot before administration was 1.65 ± 0.2ml. After administration, the volume of foot in group A was 1.66ml, 1.70ml, 1.72ml and 1.74 respectively. The swelling rates were 0.61%, 3.0%, 4.24% and 5.45% respectively. The volume of group B was 1.69ml, 1.75ml, 1.78ml and 1.81ml, respectively. The swelling rates were 2.42%, 6.06%, 7.88% and 9.70% respectively. Comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dexamethasone can inhibit the ankle swelling of rats induced by egg white, which can be further extended to clinical use for anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
