通过减小小锥度圆锥形拉伸试样的半锥角(θ=1.5°),成功地运用慢应变速率技术测定了国产17-4PH钢在80℃,3.5%NaCl水溶液中氢脆型应力腐蚀开裂的裂纹萌生应力值σ(?),并用恒载荷试验法进行了验证。结果表明,在上述试验条件下,当应变速率ε=3.04×10~(-6)/s、外加电位E=-1000 mV(SCE)时,17-4PH钢的σ(?)=700MPa。文中还对半锥角的改小进行了讨论。
