本文报道了受照家兔的骨髓,大鼠的脾脏及小鼠的骨髓DNA变化及其与有核细胞数间的关系,~3H-TdR的掺入骨髓细胞DNA以及抗放药-苯甲酸雌二醇治疗急性放射损伤小鼠作用等的研究结果。照后骨髓等造血组织DNA含量下降,骨髓有核细胞数亦相应减少、且与剂量有关,~3H-TdR掺入也受到明显抑制。活存动物则随机体的恢复,造血组织DNA含量均有不同程度的回升。苯甲酸雌二醇治疗急性放射损伤小鼠后早期,骨髓DNA合成与细胞数均增加。对上述结果作了初步讨论。

After treatment with estradiol benzoate in mice with acute radiation injury, bone marrow DNA synthesis and cell number increased. A preliminary discussion of the above results was made.
