杠杆原理要求我们放大绩效。在某些领域,如高尔夫障碍赛和托福考试就是一种标准的杠杆。人们非常容易观察到自己的成绩,不费吹灰之力就可以看到自己比别人多获得的分数和成绩。不过,产品和思想本身不会显示出这样的特性,需要通过游戏才能将其特性清晰地显示出来。我们需要创造一种度量标志,让人们知道并记录自己所达到的成绩。举例而言,图标就是人们用来反映他们为社区委员会做贡献的度量标志。社区委员会根据这个贡献量来制作不同颜色的季卡,回馈给相应的居民。
Leverage principle requires us to enlarge the performance. In some areas, such as golf and TOEFL test is a standard lever. People are very easy to observe their own achievements, effortlessly you can see you get more than others scores and grades. However, the products and ideas themselves do not show such characteristics, and the game requires their features to be clearly displayed. We need to create a metric that lets people know and document what they have achieved. For example, icons are the metrics people use to reflect their contribution to a community council. The community committee will make quarter cards of different colors based on this amount of contribution and give back to the corresponding residents.
