讨论微流体特性及其测量方法,并进行了微直圆管道内微流体运动特性的初步试验研究。开发了一种适于微流体测量的施加和保持压力的方法。以去离子水和直径为10~50μm直圆管为对象进行了一系列试验,并与用Navier-Stokes方程式描述的微圆管道流体流动规律进行了比较。
The microfluidic characteristics and measurement methods were discussed. The preliminary experimental study on the microfluidic motion in the microtunnel was carried out. A method of applying and maintaining pressure suitable for microfluidic measurements has been developed. A series of experiments were carried out on deionized water and straight tubes with a diameter of 10 ~ 50μm. The results were compared with those of the microcirculation flow described by the Navier-Stokes equation.
