[Objective]To study the tissue culture of the tender stem of Centipeda minima and provide an effective means to protect the wild C.minima resources.[Method]The tender stems of C.minima as samples were sampled for the induction and differentiation of adventitious buds,as well as the rooting,successive transfer culture,transplanting and plantation of tube seedlings.[Result]MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA was the best medium for the direct induction and differentiation of adventitious buds from tender stems; MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L GA 3+0.6 mg/L 6-BA was the ideal medium for the proliferation of adventitious buds; the best method for the rooting of adventitious buds was to immerse the bottom incision of adventitious buds into 40 mg/L IAA solution for 6 min,and then inoculate it into the N 6 +0.2 mg/L NAA medium for rooting.The survival rate of transplanted and planted tube seedlings maintained at high level,and the planted tube seedlings maintained all botanical traits of wild C.minima resources.[Conclusion]An asexual clone system of C.minima is established for its artificial cultivation,which provides an effective means to satisfy the market demands and the protection of wild C.minima resources.
