We have used letrozole to treat 32 cases of postmenopausal advanced breast cancer from January 2000 to December 2002 and achieved good results. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 32 cases were female breast cancer, including 26 cases of natural menopause, double ovariectomy in 6 cases.
