网球运动对正处于在成长阶段的青少年身心具有了重要的促进作用。本文对网球运动的特点、礼仪进行讨论,体现出网球运动对青少年身体及心理的良好的影响。青少年参加网球运动以提高社会的交往能力、认识自我、减轻因学习造成的心理压力,培养与他人的沟通能力。同时,通过参加训练和竞赛,完善自己在个性上的不足,以及心理上的疾病,更好地去适应沉重的学习生活环境,以此更好地投入到学习和生活中。
Tennis plays an important role in promoting the body and mind of adolescents who are growing up. This article discusses the characteristics of tennis, etiquette, reflecting the good physical and mental health of adolescents. Adolescents participate in tennis to enhance social interaction, self-awareness, alleviate psychological stress caused by learning, and cultivate their ability to communicate with others. At the same time, through training and competition, to improve their own lack of personality, as well as mental illness, to better adapt to heavy learning and living environment, in order to better invest in learning and life.
