自1992年起国内外即开始应用米非司酮配伍口服米索前列醇药物抗早孕,各家对影响其成功率的因素均有不同报道。我院自2000年3月～2003年2月共收治因非病理性原因要求终止妊娠,经小剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇流产者399例。现就孕次、孕周、胚囊经线及子宫位置对流产成功率的影响分析如下。
Since 1992, both mifepristone and oral misoprostol have been used in the prevention of early pregnancy at home and abroad, and various reports on the factors influencing their success rate have been reported. Our hospital from March 2000 to February 2003 were treated due to non-pathological reasons require termination of pregnancy, after a small dose of mifepristone misoprostol 399 cases of abortion. Now pregnancy times, gestational age, embryo sac and uterine position of the impact of abortion success rate is as follows.
