一、前言火炮在服役使用过程中,身管内壁产生磨损和烧蚀。炮膛磨损一般从烧蚀网开始。烧蚀网是发展到一定程度的裂纹网。火炮在发射时,由于高速摩擦、高压气流的作用、以及温度的变化,使身管内膛表面钢的组织发生变化,因而产生了烧蚀层,即所谓“白层”。白层是不同的淬火组织,它直接影响着火炮的使用寿命。本研究工作通过金相显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线结构分析和硬度检验等手段,对炮管烧蚀层(白层)进行了分析与探讨,以研究炮管烧蚀层形成过程,从而探讨提高火
I. INTRODUCTION Artillery service in service, the body wall wear and ablation. Barrel wear generally begins with ablation netting. Ablation network is developed to a certain extent crack network. Artillery firing, due to the role of high-speed friction, high-pressure airflow, and temperature changes, so that the surface of the steel tube bore tube organization changes, resulting in ablation layer, the so-called “white layer.” White layer is a different quenching organization, which directly affects the service life of artillery. In this work, the ablation layer (white layer) of the barrel was analyzed and discussed by metallographic microscope, electron microscope, X-ray structure analysis and hardness test to study the formation process of the ablation layer of the barrel, fire
