从一九五八年起,我们学校设置了生产劳动课,把生产劳动固定在课表上,既要教师上堂讲课,也要组织学生按时参加劳动。生产劳动的主要内容是校外农场与校内园地的农业生产及经常性的公益劳动。在生产劳动中,我们重视了对学生的思想教育,有计划地进行劳动目的意义的教育、生产知识技能的教育,劳动纪律的教育,爱护劳动成果和劳动工具的教育。对于教师的思想工作,我们也比较注意。在开始的时候,教师对劳动教育的意义认识不大一致。如有的人认为:劳动观点和劳动习惯的培养,应着重放在城市学生方面,农村来的学生—般地已具有劳动习惯,不一定还需要进行劳动教育。我们曾通过生产劳动的总结,组织
Since 1958, our school has set up a production labor class and fixed the production labor on the timetable. We must teach the teachers to attend classes and also organize students to participate in labor on time. The main content of production labor is the agricultural production of off-campus farms and campus gardens and regular public-welfare labor. In production and labor, we attach importance to ideological education for students, to education in the meaning of labor, to education in production knowledge and skills, to education in labor discipline, to care for the fruits of labor and education of labor tools. We also pay more attention to the ideological work of teachers. At the beginning, teachers did not have a consistent understanding of the meaning of labor education. For example, some people believe that the cultivation of labor perspectives and labor habits should be re-embedded in urban students. Students from rural areas have generally had labor habits, and labor education is not necessarily required. We have organized through the summary of production labor.
