北京虽然没有明确出台新的调控政策,但是也重拾过去自动放松的7090政策,对刚需进行了明显的倾斜力度,严厉打击投机炒房行为。最近的楼市上涨真是此起彼伏。楼市烈火从一线城市燃烧到周边以及二线城市,此前上海、深圳房价的大涨最终还是迎来了一场调控大棒的熄火,上海成为史上最严调控,深圳相对较温和。可以说在分类调控的指导下,这次调控是成功的,至少短期内起到了抑制房价的作用。至于长远的效果,那是今后讨论的问题。
