海上某油田原油伴生气在燃气处理系统处理合格后,主要用于主发电机的使用,多余的伴生气放空至火炬燃烧,2006年油田增加了一套LPG回收系统装置,回收利用放空气中的重烃组分,取得了较好的经济和环保效益。通过分析LPG回收系统工艺参数和流程,梳理LPG回收率影响因素,合理改进系统流程和优化操作参数,实现LPG收率最大化。
Crude oil associated gas at a certain oilfield is mainly used for main generator after the associated gas of crude oil is processed in the gas treatment system. The excess associated gas is vented to flare. In 2006, an LPG recovery system was added to the oilfield to recover the gas Heavy hydrocarbon components, and achieved good economic and environmental benefits. By analyzing the process parameters and process of LPG recovery system, combing the influencing factors of LPG recovery rate, reasonably improving the system flow and optimizing the operating parameters to maximize the LPG yield.
