“玩”即游戏,体育游戏源远流长,远在古希腊时代,斯巴达儿童就有了滚圈、木马、秋千等玩具,人们利用“玩”对自己的后代进行生活、劳动等方面的技能教育,并把它作为教育儿童的一种手段。通过实践,发现最能于体育中见快乐的是“玩”即游戏,游戏化的教学能使教学内容、形式活泼。寓教于乐之中,融趣味、能力、锻炼三者于一体,具有趣味性、刺激性、竞争性、娱乐性、知识性、智能性等特点,使课堂充满活力,学生能力得到充分发挥,增强了集体意识,提高了竞争意识,既体验了体育教学的乐趣,又增强了学生的身体素质,并使学生的自觉性、果断性、主动性、勇敢等非智力因素得到良好的发展。因此,我就以“前滚翻蹲撑”为教材内容,开展游戏化教学并初步取得成功。

Therefore, I started with “front-roll squat support” as a teaching material to teach gamification and achieved initial success.
