日前笔者接到西班牙法院的一个开庭通知,说是请媒体记者前去旁听一场西班牙人和中国人打官司的案子。笔者到达法庭后发现这次诉讼的原被告前面各安放了两块牌子:原告、被告。经笔者打听后才知道原来是一场原诉和反诉的官司。也就是说,诉讼的主体双方均是原告也是被告。原告是一名西班牙人安娜,被告是中国人李婧,但是被告李婧却反诉了原告,故此法院决定原诉和反诉同时审理。 A few days ago I received a court hearing in Spanish court, saying that it is to invite media reporters to listen to a case of Spanish and Chinese litigation.
