为了降低充填成本,在保证质量的前提下进行了充填站现场尾砂浆与充填料浆制备浓度的检测试验,结果显示,充填料浆平均浓度实际值经过修正,其与理论计算记录值存在1%~2%左右的差值,影响充填料浆质量的主要因素在于尾砂浆供给浓度及流量的波动,若尾砂浆运行参数变化频繁,则会造成充填料浆制备浓度的大幅波动,进而影响到充填料浆的流态及井下充填管道的维护,因此可通过技术措施适当提高放砂浓度并保持稳定,使其造浆均匀化,以此来提高充填料浆制备效率,从而降低充填成本及管道维护费用,实现节能减排与可持续发展的目的。
