用BGC-823细胞系经吐温80合并39℃~43℃、20分~100分作用后。观察即时,48小时的SDH组化形态及其相对活性的变化。实验表明:合并作用即时最显著,随作用温度、时间增强胞质内SDH颗粒变细、减少并出现浅粉红色小泡。41℃100分作用后多数细胞颗粒消失、充满小泡,43℃后小泡减少,细胞渐成透明状。活性测定各组协同效应明显、41℃20分超过43℃100分作用效应,48小时后仍有协同效应。
The BGC-823 cell line was treated with Tween 80 combined with 39°C-43°C and 20 minutes-100 minutes. Observe immediate, 48 hour changes in SDH histomorphology and its relative activity. Experiments show that the most significant effect of the merger is immediate, with the increase of temperature and time, the SDH particles in the cytoplasm become thinner and smaller, and light pink vesicles appear. After 100°C at 41°C, most of the particles disappeared and filled with vesicles. After 43°C, the vesicles decreased and the cells gradually became transparent. The synergistic effect of the activity assay was obvious in each group, and the effect at 41°C for 20 minutes exceeded the effect at 100°C for 43°C, and there was still a synergistic effect after 48 hours.
