自1978年国家改革开放以来,医疗卫生事业也随之大幅度发展。医院的医疗设施,治疗设备也越来越多样化。这些固定资产是医院重要而珍贵的资产。但是这些固定资产数量多,种类复杂也导致其管理难度越来越大,设备在使用过程中也问题频出。所以本文将以医院设备实际管理使用情况为基础,提出医院固定资产在管理中的几个问题:医院不忠实固定资产管理;固定资资产损坏率高,报废率高;医院工作人员操作不规范,对固定资产异常状况处理不及时。所以本文也将针对以上问题提出相关解决措施:明晰权责、细化管理,信息化管理、引进ERP系统管理和加强管理人员的素质建设,以提高医院对固定资产的管理。
Since the reform and opening up of the country in 1978, the medical and health undertakings have also witnessed substantial growth. Hospital medical facilities, treatment equipment is also more and more diverse. These fixed assets are important and precious assets of the hospital. However, due to the large number of these fixed assets and the complicated types, their management is more and more difficult, and the equipment is also frequently used in the process. Therefore, this article will be based on the actual management and use of hospital equipment, put forward several problems in the management of hospital fixed assets: hospital unfaithful fixed asset management; fixed asset damage rate is high, the rejection rate is high; hospital staff is not standardized, Abnormal treatment of fixed assets is not timely. Therefore, this article will also address the above issues related solutions: clarify rights and responsibilities, refine management, information management, the introduction of ERP system management and enhance the quality of management personnel to improve the hospital’s management of fixed assets.
