我厂在成批制造生产BJ-130汽车转向节(见图1)的铣削锥孔两端面的工序中,对其毛胚面一直没有采用合理的定位基准,致使铣削出的锥孔两端与轴颈中心以及对毛胚外形产生严重的形位超差。为了保证和提高BJ-130汽车转向节的产品质量,特设计一种自动平行定位浮动夹紧装置(见图2)使工件在本道工序中达到预想的效果。此工装在使用过程中对工件的定位基准性能稳定、装夹牢固,
